True, but I believe Apple came a week later. Do we know they’re jointly or just that they happened one after the other? Maybe Apple found out AT&T dismissed and they reacted.

The other interesting thing would be, does the other one know why the other one agreed to dismiss, as well. If there’s in fact an NDA, is it between both parties separately or has AT&T teamed up with Apple?

The “with or without prejudice” is a tremendous indication of the strength of VPLM’s position. If it were “with prejudice” then, it’s been finalized and they’re moving on with the remaining infringers.

It’s obvious, whatever agreement they came to, indicates to me, it’s contingent on something possibly happening. IMHO
