I think they changed their system of processing peoples shares…. If you have a couple people working on them, you could have 1 person focusing on verifying people with shares have a standing to participate in the buyback program, and another completing the actual program…. But with one guy, he would need to juggle between the 2 steps on their side…. Might be easier to focus on the first step, get as many of those done as possible…. Then focus efforts in completing it, that might make a one man show more efficient. Hopefully now that he seems to have cleared some backlog, and a bunch of people will be getting payed very soon.
