Sounds like a promotion saying offering is wonderful. Prior failed company seeking 10 million dollars and with a 200 million share offering and a loan of if I remember correctly 7.5 million. Amazon store doesn't earn you that much money to cover 1 million a year imo. This one looks thrashy!!
