ATASCADERA, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 14, 2006 -- Anywhere MD, Inc. (Other OTC:ANWM.PK - News) announced today that it is moving forward with the transaction with MedLink International, Inc. (OTC BB:MLKNA.OB - News) (Frankfurt:WM6B.F - News) and has extended the term of the initial Letter of Intent from June of this year. The specifics of the transaction are still being finalized and are dependent on the usual channels of due diligence from both companies. In the interim MedLink plans to make an initial capital and technology infusion into Anywhere MD to upgrade the technologies of their current Auto-Doc and Auto-Pilot platforms to be integrated on the MedLink VPN.

Ray Vuono, CEO of MedLink International, stated, "The 1st phase of the development of Anywhere MD within the proprietary MedLink platform will allow for both companies to leverage each other's technologies to allow a seamless integration between platforms for MedLink users and the more than 4,000 current users of Anywhere MD applications."

The integration will allow for Anywhere MD users to upgrade their existing tools on an easier to use, more efficient platform and allow them to share data presenting them with a transfer from a traditional electronic medical record to an electronic health record, which will allow the physicians to meet government mandate well ahead of the deadline. The applications will seamlessly link, allowing the users to utilize such features as the MedLink Scheduler, MedLink Billing, to submit and receive lab and prescription orders electronically, as well as have an automatic data backup solution utilizing the industry leading security platforms of the MedLink VPN.
