$ATWT - I can only go by the last filing and this is what it says. From the 10Q dated for the period ending September 30th, 2021 these are the numbers:

on page 1 - shares outstanding was 444,940,224

on page 3 - shares in the public float - 167,249,105

on page 8 - Darnell has 22,000,000 shares

on page 8 - Alex's estate has 112,000,000 share

on page 8 - Darnell Jr has 22,000,000 share

Together with those shares, if they were in the float would be 156,000,000 and that would only leave 11,249,105 shares in the public domain.

I don't think that they are in the float and I don't think they are "Held at the DTC". Otherwise no one would trade the volumes, we've seen.

If you want to assume that these shares (owned by the Stitts and Wiley's) are in the market then you would have to conclude that only 32mil shares in the market are not held by the Stitts and Wiley trust.

We can make assumptions all day long, but it's best to go by the filings, imo
