Yes & that's putting it mildly.. It's word games & semantics being played, is it not?

And not only that but since "w/o predudice" means it is free to be brought up again at some later time, by default, that is the OPPOSITE of settlement even when the word is used in that context. In other words, if someone says it's settled because a case was ruled dismissed WITH predudice, THAT would at least make some kind of grammatical sense, but equating "without predudice" with a "settlement" is wrong and I find it purposely disingenuous to boot.

All my commentary is to be considered as my personal opinions, to which I am entitled. And there is no proof of said opinions unless I offer it in the comments.
