That's the lawyers filing to get paid. There's an adversary case also on the docket where a settlement has been made apparently, hearing in mid-February. "Adjournment" in this case means they've delayed/re-scheduled the next hearing until March 29.

You won't see the court case closed until the Trustee has produced the accounting of all that he collected and paid, all the claims, and what he proposes to pay to the creditors/claimants. Haven't seen that or a suggestion it is coming. It'll be on the docket, too.

The stock is being revoked by the SEC. That's inevitable once they open admin proceedings.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
