I don’t think a RS is in the cards. Another possibility is the buy back. I don’t think this will be done either because the money used for this can be used for Co expansion. The co plans to be listed on NASDAQ in about 5.5 mos. So far the stock price has not done much to reach NASDAQ requirements. Perhaps a combination of the stock going up and a partial buy back? Not sure.

I hope with increased earnings, mergers, etc. the com will be able to meet its goals without the above girations.
