According to the form 5 from today. Those shares were issued on 11/15/21.

So it looks like the board approved a series b for 9 Mill 2/26/21 but didn't do anything with them until they were issued on 11/15/21 for prior corporate debt.

The next 10k will tell everyone what was given for the series b shares.

As of right now, they are only voting shares.

"Series B preferred stock have no right of conversion to shares of common stock. Each share of Series B preferred stock is entitled to vote with the Corporation's common stock as a single class on all matters submitted to common stock holders to vote. Each share of Series B Preferred Stock is entitled to one thousand votes per share."
