It seems to me that at the end of Nov./beginning of Dec. 2020, SBC bought 3 billion shares of NSAV on the open market. Now, they have decided they want to get the number of shares down, so they will sell them to NSAv for a predetermined price which will be paid for with proceeds from all the tokens they will be issuing. Then, NSAV will retire the shares. However, SBC no doubt will retain a sizable quantity, so when the share price goes up, as a result of the buyback, they will do very well indeed. This is just a theory. I have no inside information, but it makes sense to me.
