Well guess the auditors will have fun to value the "puplic" nwog and the "private" nwog.

Look to the "structure diagram of private nwog" (website szng)

nwog "saratov"
this is where the oil comes from
(this is gone 100% to the merger with ndol)

nwog "management" (private ...... at least a part of it
must be considered as of puplic nwog)

nwog "mol" private .... but is sold ... not exisiting anymore)

nwog "geneva" (private ..... but is this creating money - and
if so by selling/trading the oil from "saratov" fields).

BTW - look ot the last press releases ( damscus office etc.) its clearly indicated .... nwog pk.
