Might explain some strange bullish activity in really long option a couple weeks ago. The benefits of this joint venture won't bear fruit for a while. Maybe insiders knew this was coming and bought up. It is good news and did cause a big spike in SP, but didn't hold. Have no evidence of manipulation, but I hope that was the reason it didn't hold. If so, it'll come back soon enough.
