What's Rik doing with the Series B grants to himself? Frankly I don't care. A couple years ago he was using the company as a personal ATM. Loan some money and payback big time. Now seems he has a concern with control? Thus the series B. This is not only a waste of time (for shareholders) but a scam. Rik has done quite well though. GLTA
