It is a thinly traded pump and dump, 81 total trades today and the $25.60 trade at the end to paint the tape is very telling. Charts are meaningless since you can wash a few shares back and forth and make them say anything you want.

Company has $60 in the bank, not quite the "big time."

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
