“We had asked” “requested” nowhere does it say the DEADLINE or doomsday date is JUNE 30. if it was a deadline, any company who filed after June 30th wouldn’t have been pink by Sept28. However, as everyone knows, companies that filed in July, August, and even some Sept made the sept 28 DEADLINE.


What makes it a clear suggestion and not a deadline is:
We continue to process disclosure requests received after June 30th, however we may not be able to process all such applications prior to September 28th.
