I know exactly what they do. I also know what a reverse merger can do for a existing share. And we aren't having a RS we are having an increase in the AS and if we get news on a RM in the days or weeks ahead the only once complaining will be those that sold, or didn't buy, before the announcement.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
