$PVSP
Conference call the other day.. WITH NEW CEO
Q
#1A
Is there going to be a RS

A:
We do not see a RS at anytime in the horizon. We have no plans to RS

Q:
#1B
Another issue large investors sitting on the sidelines are concerned about any dilution that may occur form past notes that we know of.
If you guys have no plans to dilute don't you think it would be a good idea to lower the AS to reassure the shareholders and give more confidence in your leadership?
Is there a plan to buy back convertible notes from Paul 190k convertible at .
(.0025 for 76 000 000 shares ) and Patrick Cahill. 115k convertible at 30% less market price?

(MY OWN THESIS)
IF AT at .0021 that would be .00147 so 78,231,292 shares or so..
76 000 000 + 78,231,292 = 154,231,292.
(add in the RESTRICTED SHARES GOING UP yesterday by
150 000 000. I would guess this is why

A We have been negotiating that recently and want to have all debts cleaned up and a clean balance sheet. I will get back to you on that later this week about lowering the AS.

Q

Where in fact do you expect to expand to beside West Coast of USA the biggest Legal Marijuana market in the world. I mentioned these legal states
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Vermont, Virginia, Washington.

A:
Again we have no plans to dilute to shareholders and mentioned Michigan as well as Arizona California and Oregon for expansion states.

Q:
#3 will expansion into Oregon and Cali result in debt of any significanceā€¯?

A: No we will be doing it with profits as well as we already have many connections with large companies, businesses, and commercial growers there so it will not be hard to expand WITHOUT DILUTION to shareholders as we are going to partner with licensed established companies. (He said he could not tell us who yet though as per inside info).

Q
#4
Do you intend to get into the medical side as well. If so where like Florida?

A:
Yes we do want to do that as well but again we will be partnering with licensed companies already.

Q
#5A
Can you give us an update what the assets properties and facilities are worth as in the latest filings it says Artizen Corporation does OWN or operate all of these?

#5B Can you please give us an update as to what all equipment and machinery are worth ?

#5C (ASSETS) Can you also please elaborate to which Artizen Corporation does in fact own and what each of these assets are worth?

A: I don't want to give false info so I will have to look into this more and will be getting back to you this coming week.

Q
#6
Maybe Paul should resign as he has a bad name over the years from some sour investors?

A: That is already in the works he will be resigning

Q
#7
Are there plans for a name and or ticker change?

A:
Yes, we want to brand the company name around Artizen and a new ticker that will be close to the name as they can get it. (he mentioned ARTZ possibly)

Q
#8
Can you look into posting PR in a way that shows up on trading platforms?

A:
Yes we will be doing that as well

Q
#9
Another question will $PVSP be taking on any more processors?
No right now we have a 30 man team in Washington and a state of the art processing facility that can handle all even to outside sourcing. We have save a lot of money doing it this way.

Q
#10
thoughts on the current market cap compared to your valuation of the company - and how do you plan to approach getting them aligned in the coming weeks/months to bring value to investors?

A:
I cannot say an exact figure though I believe 100% that we are way under valued compared to other public cannabis companies with positive EBITDA. Do your own comparisons to find out. If I had to guess would say we are worth minimum around 70 million or so as we sit.

Q
#11
Do you, PLAN TO DO AN ACQUISTION SOON OTHER THAN EXPANDING to CALIFORNIA AND OREGON and ARIZONA? Such as your Minglewood Brands? I am not sure if you can answer that.

A:
I cannot answer that but it interesting that you asked. (I TAKE THAT AS A HINT )

Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.
