Company clearly said they won’t dilute till they get to their market cap which is a lot higher than current pricE…Those restricted shares also mean majority want this share price to go up, they will want to build this share price up as well make this known to the world so when restrictions lifted there shares will be highly sought after.

This share structure is set up too nicely for them to do anything drastic and cripple their own holdings.
