No doubt about research but I haven't seen any signal of their marketing skills.
Saying that they will succeed WITH TIME is also saying that they may very well lose their major advantage (unique product) over time. Other food or plant base food companies will market new products effectively and the markets Else aims at will get seviced by other.
Let's not kill ourselves, time is of the essence.
During my long carreer in marketing, I've seen many incredibly great inovative products fail because creators faced either lack of ressources (having spent a lot in R&D) or spent to much time covering their markets (new competitors/products servicing the markets faster)
Marketing is not a science, it's an art ... not everyone can handle it.
