Reading the FAQ page statement one would have believed that the dilution would have ended soon after the July 27th release. Instead it appears that they went on a share selling bender with much more eligible debt in the pipeline to keep it going. You have to wonder if those who regulate this space will tolerate a OTC company making such statements to go unchecked.

When will the debt be brought under control and when will the dilution stop?

...We cannot tell yet how much more conversion there will be but the rate and amount are in a dramatic decline. We do see an end coming soon since that has been the direction for much of the past three months....
