Well they already cleaned up a bunch of tickers and moved them to the expert market which is basically delisted and now it seems they are not allowing RSs easily anyway so all of these tickers are increasing their AS. Either the SEC is trying to clean up all of these eventually too OR there always could be changes at the SEC and looser rules might prevail again someday
