Do you really expect a vendor to take PLNI subscribed, but not issued common shares, at one share per dollar owed?

Do you really expect a vender to take 400, 391 PLNI subscribed, but not issued comon shares, for $400,361 that is owed by PLNI?

"If that $400,361 is handled the same way as the $3.09M in the first quarter, that will be 400,391 shares."
