Not sure the Form 144 actually document that a sale was actually executed.

All references out there, including the SEC in Rule 144, use the words "proposed" or "intend". It does not say anything about execution.

If I personally were in her shoes....I would have had to file multiple Form 144s because I "intended" to sell a stock...I entered the order with my broker...the price didn't hit...and did not do so for over 90 days....therefore my stock never sold because I never received my funds nor received a trade executed statement.

Show us a Form 4 documenting insider sale of CYDY or a trade executed statement, then minds might start listening.
