Read the entire 10k and it is very detailed and transparent for investors. It seems the fiscal year was changed to appease Nasdaq and to give them a fully audited 10k with fiscal year aligned with RKings their recent acquisition and signed off on my Jimenez.

Also loved that almost $8 million of the revenues came from third parties and much less from related parties. With recent acquisitions and from filing planned additional revenue streams this should be substantially better quarter after quarter.

Everyone invested here or thinking of buying should take time to read this very long but detailed 10k. Now come on Nasdaq give these guys the green light to up list.
