Where again did Deborah Kelly sell shares?

Just read the Form 144. That's what they are for -- to document registered stock sales. Sold through Fidelity approximately 2/01/21 as she reported.

So, on 06/12/19, Deborah Kelly had 691,208 shares.

Then on 05/01/2020, she had 691,208 shares.

Then 02/01/2021 happened somewhere about here.....

Then on 02/05/2021 she had exercised cashless warrant claim for 166,000 warrants to result in now having 782,408 shares.

If that "sale" of Deborah Kelly happened on 2/01/21....can you explain how she has more shares? ...sounds like she accumulated *MORE* shares. And can someone point me to the Form 4 that documented any disposal of shares by Deborah Kelly?

Someone please help wiff my 'maffing skillz here.....

Or is there a misunderstanding what a Form 144 is?

..and 90 days passed without another Form 144 registered which means the intent to sell is no longer present.
