She's not going to release them, she's a 40 year beuracrat that can't make a decision and it sounds like she's in over her head. No wonder Dave Stevens and the MBA are so excited, they will manipulate her to their own ends.

The federal courts are our only hope now for some type of non glacial speed resolution and so far that's been an area of disappointment. Even if there is a relatively quick resolution, say by 1Q22 or 2Q22, it could be years to exhaust the appeals.

The only thing positive is that at least for now the gses retain capital and Sandra, unlike Watt, realizes capital is important.
