Ooops, I forgot. I need to pay off $25,000 in marging debt now, then buy 1000 shares of QSR at $50 per share BEFORE that call option on the $50 strike price expirtes on April 14, 2021. That would require $75,000 net of taxes to do both.

Then I can starting putting excess into KMI and/or CHMI. So I need to clear over $75KI ont the net FIRST! I hope I don't have to roll my reservation over to another year. But I may have to. We'll see how the cards fall.

QSR has only a 3.5% yield, which is still good! That would be an extra $100 per month for doing absolutely nothing except owning 4 great iconic brands!
