You can’t predict when dilution will end based on a chart. The only people that know that are the company. You can certainly see dilution on a chart and see it winding down, but unless they are finished it could always start up again.

The problem here has always been no catalyst or effort from the company to overtake the dilution. That’s why you get small bounces with no sustainability. These people are some of the most ruthless in the OTC and that is saying something. They aren’t quite on RNVA level but they can get there.
