It IS odd and I found the explanation (which sucks). Click on the 3 vertical dots to the right of the top line of that search result and you should get a pop-up box.

Turns out that Google gave that result because they thought that it was RELEVANT even though the search term (brilacidin) doesn't appear in the text of the linked result!!!
