Common sense perspective...

Okay. So with any OTC stock I always step back and assess if it is a scam. On this stock lets look at it. What motivates a scam is to sell shares. And there is no dilution so no chance of them adding to the float

If the frontloaders who got in months ago wanted to unload then they had their chances. Yet here we are holding all the key moving averages. So not a P&D

Now. From here. What motivates Frank to introduce his FIRST major merger as a scam... keep in mind he has 20 to 30 other shells he paid millions to clean up... so his first merger he is going to drop an elaborate scam.... lol... zero motivation and makes no sense.

It does make sense he would pick his most valuable best of the best company to introduce as his first merger candidate.

Okay now merger candidate. Veemost -They have been in business a long time. They have spent alot of money on RnD developing new IP for cloud security. They have partnerships with blue chip companies (microsoft, cisco, juniper etc) They're potentially sitting on a product that could make them hundreds of millions to BILLIONS in future revenue. They paid cash for the shell and developed their IP with NO debt...

Now what motivates them to go public in the OTC to scam shareholders for pennies... again there is no motivation for them to do this. Way more downside than upside

So common sense dictates... this is a major deal... Frank picked the best of the best to be his first merger. They're taking their time to make sure everything is perfect order.

Veemost has chosen to go public to capitalize on their valuable IP products, make acquisitions, and set themselves up for bigger partnerships or a buy out. IMHO

All we need to do is be patient.
