Arn, Sounds like Holmes has bitterness towards LLBO and Acropolis. His 180 mill. restricted shares must have been taken from him by Acropolis. Maybe Holmes isn't turning over books(Financials) to Acropolis and that is why it is taking so long for Audit to be completed. Just a thought.
