After more than 5 years at NewAge and leading it from an idea to now more than $450MM, I am excited to be moving on to my next challenge. There are so many good people at NewAge, such a great team, so many amazing brand partners. It has been an honor and incredible journey serving them and creating an incredible platform from a start of 4 people, a big financial hole, and an un-reporting OTC stock at 19 cents. No road to success is ever linear, and NewAge’s path is no exception, but the road in front of the Company looks awesome.
There are so many good things in place to drive transformative value for shareowners going forward and I am excited for their impending return. Many of those things have already been done so now it is down to execution, at which the entire NewAge team is amazing. I am excited about the future for NewAge, for me personally, and most importantly all the employees/friends within the Company, and …most most most importantly all my lifelong friends, so many of the Brand Partners at NewAge across 75 countries.
We set out to make a difference for the planet with healthy products, and to share the wealth with everyone that contributed. That purpose will never be complete, because we can always all do more to educate, to train, and to inspire, but wow, did we ever stay true to our cause.
I am looking forward to keeping up our relationships. They take time and effort, but in the long run friends and family and health are a few of things that actually really matter. It is a new day for everyone at NewAge, there will be new ways I’m sure, but that will bring new strength, and new growth. And I am excited personally about what will be new for me too, with a new email at brent@brentwillis.com, new phone at 303 817-3443, and new opportunities to serve.
