Only 1 problem with your narrative - well written I may add.

You forgot to inform the board about the set of events and timeline, which makes your narrative,
misleading at best.

Everything you state in the previous message, was stated by management of Discovery Minerals, Ltd.,
prior to 12/20/2021. In the 18 business days since DSCR was thrown into Caveat Emptor status
management has been reckless in not addressing this nor the 99% decline in share price, that was the
result of being listed as a Caveat Emptor security.

This board tries to make it out like this is no big deal and it is "just" like the expert market.
It is not, and I encourage everyone to get informed on this, and read the official statement from
OTC market concerning this. Here is the link

Penny, everything you state, was prior to DSCR being thrown into a Caveat Emptor status.

On 12/20/2021 The OTC Markets placed Discovery Minerals, Ltd. into Caveat Emptor Status.

When that happened the share price dropped 99% in 1 day, causing millions of dollars in
losses to thousand of minority shareholders.


Since December 20,2021, management has had the opportunity opportunity of addressing this,
which they have not.

Ruby Gold Mine

During the year the Company has carried out their due diligence investigation on the Ruby mine as well as research on
seismic survey and other methods of geophysical interpretation with our Geology team.
The Company has reached an Agreement in Principle with a financing group who will provide funding for the acquisition of
the Ruby and the full development of the mining program. This funding is being formulated at present and will be released
to shareholders when completed. This group will convert some of the funding to equity during the repayment
period. Discovery is presently current on all option payments on the Ruby Mine agreement.

Zambia

Discovery has a signed letter of Intent with a mining group in Zambia on several orebodies. Two of these are gold mines,
one is a large exploration area with a copper/gold orebody already identified and also a large supply of construction material
adjacent to a major civil engineering project that is scheduled to start in the near future. Discovery will be expected to
provide these materials on normal commercial terms. They will have a substantial transport advantage over any other
supplier

Discovery is pleased to report that the Ruby Gold Mine program is progressing and that Discovery is current with all Option payments.

Discovery has previously signed an LOI with mining property owners in Zambia which contains two gold ore bodies and some copper and cobalt occurrences. This agreement is subject to a full due diligence review of the properties. Ongoing negotiations are currently being carried out as to the final details. Discovery will be the Operators of these mining operations. The gold mines have been declared as having reserves in accordance with two Australian JORC Reports.

A further Agreement is being negotiated with the same mining group in Zambia regarding a major civil works Project in a JV that will require large quantities of mined construction material and earth fill sourced from the previously secured tenements and some additional ground. This JV will be conducted through a USA corporation called Africa-American Resources Inc.

Additionally, Discovery is continuing to address the matter of the Company's trading status.
