Bankruptcy is actually a very smart strategy for consolidation of huge debt or taxes in the states. Many billionaires / millionaires use the method to keep those hard earned dollars. It works!! Just ask Donald Trump or Paul Allen (Microsoft)... Frank is very smart to save millions like the other Billionaires.

Saying that, ROSN is way bigger than any one employee. They have a great product line and increasing revenues. Its a big winner on 2022
