The 13g filing could possibly be an institutional investor, or someone with a lot of bank and must believe in the company. also if they don't file it correctly to my understanding the fine is up to 150k. I don't think anyone wants to lose 150k. Could be a nice moonshot IMO if btc goes up to that 100k prediction. I also like the fact they keep there website updated unlike some other tickers in pennyland
