Once they release the news that they bought 5-6B shares, we’re going to 0.03 IMO. If you read rule 10B-18, a MM can accumulate as many shares as they want, and sell the company all the shares in a block trade, but cannot exceed the bid or highest bid. The “Dumps” you see are the company buying.
