Key word is federal, that was my favorite part from the disclosure. My thought is the mining claims would not be federal if there wasn't any value to them.

Connect this key word with the rights to 102 Federal Mining Claims mentioned in the disclosure and the relatively low $100K purchase price, that makes a great ROI for BOXS and the shareholder value being built.
