Let's just remember all the people complicit in what has happened. From Nader, to nurses with internet PhDs, and self proclaimed gurus boasting "1000 dollars a share."

CYDY needs a major house cleaning. Nader needs to go, good solid due diligence has to replace chest thumping. So you want to save the company?

Get together and sign off on supporting a motion for an emergency shareholder meeting to oust Nader, and the BOD if needed. If the board thinks they will get shit canned by the shareholders, they will dump Nader and Kelly to keep you all happy.
