I’m in Birmingham and surrounded by many chains with 10 or less locations.
Most are Mom n Pops that never had the balls to expand. Next generation will probably sell to keep their lifestyle where it is today.,

Vision is what will give you the next Waffle House or a Chick Fil-a. Frank Gordy of the Atlanta Varsity chain of burger joint on his death bed, the only mistake he made was not to franchise and be as big as mcDonalds.

If your ever in the Atl airport, I highly recommend hitting the Varsity at least once. It’s so nasty you’ll be addicted. Best onion rings of Earth.
