Funny what you find when reading through the latest disclosure in the notes section...lol

On September 29, 2019, shareholding voting in excess of 51% of the outstanding Common Stock of GNCC
Capital, Inc.’s (“the Company”) Common Stock; passed a unanimous resolution and as follows:- That Dividends
on all Classes of shares of Preferred Stock be waived with effect from July 1, 2019 and for a period of 3 (Three)
years. The rationale is to avoid further significant liabilities being accrued from these Dividends.

I guess dividends do not apply to the preferred....lol.. guess they need to have another vote, probably forgot that note since it is 2 and half years old....lol
