This has been stated repeatedly and still rings true.

Once again the OS will be “diluted” to a total of 191 million. This is an excellent share structure that will not be effected by the Reg A negatively whatsoever. It is clearly a wise move for the company to raise capital. Aka the reason they went public in the first place. Also, the shares from the Reg A will be restricted for at least 6 months.
