Your last sentence is what I have been preaching. As far as upticks go, there was none. The stock opened @ 3 and closed at 2 no matter how you slice the cake. Now, if you have a better explanation, lets hear it. Other wise, nothing else makes any sense at all.

PS I don't fear anything. I only have 3.5 million shares here so I haven't that much concern. But, I could jump on 50 mil or so at any time. I just don't like what I'm seeing so far. Will wait a little longer to add. I'd rather add at .0004 or higher when it starts breaking out. Safer that way.

Today I made a killing on NYMX. I work days. I own my own business and have time to do some trading during the day. Sometimes I don't have time to trade, but when I do, I like to play momo stuff. I jumped on NYMX early and sold just before the close.
