The 10Q has no "good light." Past due Samsung bills that may lead to losing them as a vendor, can't pay the Amarex surety bond due the 14th,
Only ~$8 million in cash, burning $10 million a month and an added $3 million or so a month for all the legal expenses, expanded SEC and DOJ investigations (added HIV and mTNBC). Where's the good??

Haven't filed for selling any of the 200,000,000 in new stock but surely need too. And now the stock has set another new 52 week low, down 25% just TODAY right after the 10Q -- how do you spin a positive??
