10Q shows ~$8 million in cash, small private placement to add $3.2 million. Haven't filed with the SEC to sell stock publicly but they certainly need the cash to pay Samsung, Amarex surety bond, Sidley legal bills (~$3 million a month), the expected ~$10 million a month operating cash burn. ~$100 million in current debt. I certainly wouldn't listen to NP for investment advice -- 82% share price drop in 2021, already down 29% in 2022. Hard to conclude that Cytodyn is a good place for an investor to put their money.
