WHY $FONU- and Top 3 reasons why NOW…

1- when Paul Strickland resigned in feb 2021 - the trail and path was set for a merging entity to take control. . ENDICOTT HOLDINGS TOOK OVER, tens of thousands were spent on filings fees to bring this stock fully current - and then tens of thousands on legal fees - that resulted in a major negotiation of the Corp DEBT- via a 3 (a) (10) share settlement thats negotiated by the court. Traunches of these shares started hitting the market based on OS increases - in mid December. It would appear - based on numbers - we would be vey close to done. New Ownership simply doesn’t entertain thos type of expense unless they have a very viable entity merging in and thet want the debt clear !!

2- with $FONU- it makes perfect sense why we haven’t seen the major pps move or Corp announcements yet confirming merger or acquisition direction. All one has to do is read the special filing new owners put out in early December which explained that they just completed a major debt settlement agreement - (with court approval) which would result in diluted shares hitting the market immediately. This was completely expected and why the pps went this low. THE GOAL IMO IS TO USE this DD and try and find true bottom before the faucet completely dries up - and this one RUNS SO FAST NORTH - BASED ON ITS OWN MERITS - and realization that the dilutive trend aforementioned is OVER.

3- according to this DD package below - $FONU domain and website is also ownered by the same management and owners of a slew of companies such as - HMBL. The strategy is to bring merging entities or aquisitojs into these OTC stocks - once they are brought to current status with OTC.

It is my strong opinion - that we will be break .001+ pps in short order - em router to .002+ and beyond - especially with any Company validations or verifications.
