And exactly how are these claims valued at greater than $3M ? How they come up with that number ? Vague , zero data for anyone to process! Oh, but this is so hush hush , cannot divulge or it might cause a bidding war, something of course the seller does not want ! LMAO
Anyone can see these guys are giving themselves a bunch of outs on this deal ! Can’t get the financing , bidding war and so on .
