I've sold my shares awhile ago. I've still been watching this stock closely because I think the company is very interesting. I never thought the shorts would be right about bankruptcy, but this 10K is very damning. I would be surprised if the company made it past 2022. Sad, I believed that leronlimab could be a useful drug and potentially save some people (not like some crazy people who think this drug is a god particle) but management ruined its chances. Hopefully leronlimab can one day see its potential, wherever it ends up after this mess.
