At this point, "strategic announcements' like an addition to the Board or the onboarding of sales & marketing staff are to be treated as window dressing until revenues & gross profits are produced. It is unlikely that heretofore unannounced ARTH information was made available to Dr. Fish and that this info swayed his decision.
