Yeah, I think this initial loan was to just get SHWZ’s foot in the door with the institutions. The Prospectus is amazing! It includes the terms of the loan, and it sounds like it will help speed up $SHWZ’s acquisition spree, because SHWZ has to use $80m of it for specific purposes before they can take on more debt.
