They have to have 2 years of audited financials and submit to sec and request uplist. I’m sure there are fees associated with it. I don’t know if there is naked shorting or not, but I do know that there has been shares sold at 28-30 cents recently, when the ask was set for 2500 shares and more than 50k shares get processed at the ask. How does a retail seller hide shares on the ask? I’m sure someone who doesn’t believe it is happening has a logical answer? I mean other than it’s not happening. Lol. Imo

The good news is…it’s coming and either way it will bring higher share price. Imo
